Neuropsychological Evaluations: Fees for neuropsychological evaluations vary based on the type of evaluation. Please contact me to inquire about the fees for evaluations. Psychotherapy: Fees for psychotherapy are $225/session.
Out-of-network: If I am an out of network provider for your insurance, I can provide you with a superbill for the services.

• Kaiser (contracted outside provider-authorization from Kaiser is required).
