I have limited slots for psychotherapy. I provide psychotherapy to adults with life stress, chronic pain, depression, and attention problems. Usually, these sessions are conducted once a week. I can accommodate patients with teletherapy via a confidential portal.

My knowledge of brain-behavior relationships allows me to conceptualize individuals holistically. I believe in taking a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to help clients grow and gain insight into their psychological functioning. Culture plays an important role in determining treatment options and identifying available supports.
